Such a good article. I currently work as a work coach. I hate it. It doesn't align with me at all! I've been looking for other jobs for over a year. I believe my biggest problem is age. I'm 53. Ivevstill got 14 yrs before retirement age and yet I'm experiencing age discrimination.
I'm considering removing some of my older employment history off my CV. 🤷‍♀️
